AN UNUSUAL CAUSE OF SMALL BOWEL OBSTRUCTION: INTERNAL SUPRAVESICAL HERNIA

Supravesical hernias are very rarely seen and reported as a possible cause of small bowel obstruction. The proper diagnosis which is usually made intra-operatively the preliminary despite availability advanced radiological investigations not helpful. We report case patient without previous abdominal surgery with an acute obstruction in laparotomy exploration revealed strangulatedinternalsupravesicalhernia. defect was repaired after reducing uneventful recovery.
